Before any machine is turned on and programmed, City Machine takes careful consideration and planning to make sure that when production is underway, the end result is done right the first time.

Blueprint

The blueprint is mandatory. We could have the latest equipment, but without the blueprint, it is all useless. Using state of the art CAD/CAM software, we take a roughly drawn concept and make an exact schematic drawing of the real thing.

Gathering the Materials

Determining the right materials to use takes an equal amount of expertise. Using the wrong material for a certain project can be devastating to the customer and costly for us. We make sure the material we use will ultimately make a final product that will function exactly as you intented it to, making your business flourish as a result.

Programming the Machines

Using the blueprint, we program our machines to carry out the instructions in building the final product. Finally, we deliver it to the customer and make sure they are completely satisfied.
